 THE UNITED NATIONS760 United Nations Plaza, New York, NY 10017, USA                              11^th FEBUARY 2005  AT THE COURT OF JUSTICE HOLDEN AT GREAT BRITAIN (UNDER THE INHERENT JURISDICTION OF THE LORD HIGH CHANCELLOR OF GREAT BRITAIN AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATUTE OF THE EUROPEAN COAL AND STEEL COMMUNITY TREATY)    HAVING REGARD to the convention on the privileges and immunities of the United Nations adopted by the United nations on the 13^th of February 1946; CONVINCED that in addition to the immunities and privileges specified in the Convention on the privileges and immunities of the United Nations adopted by the General Assembly of the United Nations on the 13^th of February 1946; 

1. It is therefore a General Obligation and regulation of the High Authority that General (Lord) Kokoete Archibong Ekong shall be accorded in respect of himself, the Unit the United States Armed Forces, his spouse ,Mrs. Ivy Archibong Ekong and children, Imeh Archibong Ekong  and Onofiok Archibong Ekong, the Privileges and immunities, exemptions and facilities accorded to diplomatic envoys, in accordance with the status of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and International Staff;
2. Be immune together with his spouse and relative dependent on them; from immigration restrictions and alien registration in accordance with article V section 18 of the convention on the privileges and immunities of the United Nations adopted by the General Assembly on the 13^th of February 1946;
3. Drawn up and signed at the Union By the competent organ of the United Nations, “ THE COMMISSION” and in accordance with the purposes and principles of the Charter of the United Nations this 11^th day of February 2008;
